How to do:

1. Get this version.
2. Go to spore Creature Creators official page (link at the top)
3. Download the trial version
4. Install trial version
5. Go into the spore folder in this version, and copies data folder
6. Replace the copied data folder with the data directory that is in trial versions folder
Now you have full retail
