all who having problems with dx that doesnt let you install
i have done this and its working
- Copied everything from the DVD to my hard drive (first install disc from CD version should work fine as well.)
- Set AutoRun.exe to Win2000 Compatibility mode (found in CD/DVD root directory)
- Changed Autorun.cfg in notepad, altering the line ?DirectXVersion=9.0c? to read ?DirectXVersion=0? (found in ROOT\AutoRun\)
- Installed full installation
- Patch the game with the 1.3 patch |
