Clean install Only is recommended but you can upgrade from build 7100 Or 7137

And i would recommend that you burn our .iso file with power iso can be obtained here




1. Back up all important data to external HDD Or backupservice or even a blank dvd...

2. Burn the .iso to a blank dvd using power iso then boot at start up and install then Enjoy
