Cei doi îşi dispută numele Sensual, Simona fiind evertizată de Radu să-şi găsească un alt nume de scenă. Motivul? Baron şi-a înregistrat la OSIM, în 2004, o trupă cu această titulatură, care revine în forţă în muzică. Cele două soliste, Alexa şi Sorina, care tânjeau la locul rămas vacant în trupa Etnic, au fost redirecţionate de Baron în trupa Senzual, aflată o vreme pe “tuşă”. Deşi Radu avea în buzunar certificatul de înregistrare la OSIM al acestui brand, încă din 2004, a lăsat-o pe Simona să se afirme în show-biz. O dată cu relansarea trupei, Baron pune piciorul în prag somând-o să-şi găsească alt nume de scenă, pentru a nu se crea confuzii. Aparent, cele două nume, “Sensual” şi “Senzual”, sunt puţin diferite, însă cum pronunţia e identică, se acceptă doar un singur proprietar al mărcii, conform legii. Reacţia vedetei, care s-a folosit de această “poreclă” în ultimii trei ani, a fost vehementă: “Eu am firma "Sensual Style", înregistrată la Monitorul Oficial şi la Registrul Comerţului şi nu mă poate nimeni împiedica să folosesc acest nume. Oricum, lumea când aude de Sensual se gândeşte la mine”, a declarat Simona, pentru Click! Ea îl acuză pe Radu Baron, de la RBA, că şi-a făcut un obicei din a înregistra diferite mărci la OSIM: “Aşa a făcut şi cu numele HORA. Presupun că vrea să mă dea în judecată, ca să obţină bani de la mine, acesta fiind cel mai uşor mod de a te îmbogăţi”, a mai adăugat ea. Interesant e că Radu şi Simona au fost la un pas de a colabora, în urmă cu doi ani, acesta propunându-i să facă parte din trupa pe al cărui nume se duelează acum: “Am vrut să o iau în trupa Senzual, dar când a dat proba de voce m-am răzgândit, căci nu cânta deloc bine”, a spus Baron, pentru Click! Simona a replicat imediat: “Clauzele din contract erau toate în favoarea lui. Vroia 80% din toate câştigurile mele: concerte, vânzări şi reclame!”. În timp ce Simona se laudă că firma ei, “Sensual” reuneşte o agenţie imobiliară, o firmă de publicitate şi un salon de înfrumuseţare, Baron dovedeşte, cu acte, că legea nu-i dă voie să se folosească de acest brand în domeniul artistic. Simona: "Fetele astea sunt penibile" Simona Sensual a sărit ca arsă când a auzit că alte două fete au de gând să-i “fure” numele. “Cele două soliste, dacă vin să-mi spună în faţă să renunţ la numele de scenă, le plesnesc! Fetele alea sunt penibile”. Bruneta Sorina şi blonda Alexa sunt cea mai nouă creaţie a impresarului Radu Baron. Acesta din urmă ne-a trimis o copie a certificatului de înre-gistrare a mărcii “Senzual” la OSIM, act ce datează din 2004.

With this latest release, Macromedia proves that it is more than capable of providing this spectacular Web site editor with a very inviting new home. If you've used HomeSite before, not much has changed regarding installation and startup. If you've never used the program before, you might want to either flip through the resourceful handbook or check out the long list of help references in the left-hand column. One topic that caught our eye was the "Learn HTML and CSS" feature, a rather in-depth tutorial for people who are just getting started with the language or who need a refresher course. These online courses take about a half-hour to complete. For new users and old hands alike, HomeSite 5.0 offers some very compelling new features, including XHTML support. Macromedia has also worked hard to improve code validation for many languages, including HTML, JSP, CFML, and more. Checking your code for errors is as simple as hitting Shift and F6, a big improvement over the days of scrutinizing code and straining your eyes in search of missing "tr" and "td" tags. Another important improvement is the new Secondary Files tab, which lets you access multiple files at once, making it much easier and faster to incorporate remote files into your HomeSite project. In addition, Macromedia has included an Auto Backup feature, designed to save your work as often as you decide is necessary. Macromedia's acquisition of HomeSite has also resulted in better integration with Fireworks and Dreamweaver, the company's signature Web design and development products. In addition, you can now edit files that are included within your code without having to open that file in a separate program. The only pet peeve we have about HomeSite is this: HomeSite automatically inserts the proper end tag to correspond with whatever start tag you write. However, if you erase the start tag, HomeSite will not automatically erase the corresponding end tag, which often results in bad code. Not an earth-shattering flaw, but fixing it would be a small improvement to an otherwise outstanding product. Developers can create professional Web sites fast with the code editing features of Macromedia HomeSite 5. The software delivers advanced hand coding features, productivity-enhancing wizards, and a customizable user interface to efficiently build, deploy, and manage your entire Web site. Effortlessly validate, reuse, navigate, and format your code with integrated coding tools. The wizards quickly create pages, tables, frames, and JavaScript elements for you. With XHTML support, based on the W3C specifications for XHTML 1.0, developers can build pages with the latest Web technologies. The extensibility of XHTML provides the flexibility to incorporate new Web communication and presentation ideas as they emerge. Developers can use the new Secondary Files tab to browse local and remote files simultaneously and to drag and drop files between the two Files tabs, efficiently incorporating documents and images. The new Folder Deployment settings enable developers to determine the deployment method for individual folders and files within a project.
